The form on this page enables e-MTS customers to report any problems they encounter when accessing training materials on the e-MTS site. We want to ensure that you have the best possible experience of using our virtual environment for learning and we pride ourselves on an excellent customer service record.
Technical problems -
Always our highest priority, so we aim for a very quick turnaround on any issues involving access to e-MTS, classrooms and training materials or similar issues. The site is thoroughly tested to try to ensure that there are no errors or bugs but occasionally these may slip through.
Content related queries -
For customers who have received training directly from the MTS trainer, help relating to the content of the training will have been discussed. This form is one method of seeking support.
iLearn customers should use this form for queries relating to the content of the training.
For UTrain customers it is expected that the expertise to answer questions about the content of the training will be provided in-house. However, as a complimentary service, we will endeavour to answer your content related queries but we cannot guarantee a quick time frame for the response.
Your content related queries may end up as MTS Helpdesk articles on the MTS blog.
This form may also be used if you have any feedback about e-MTS or any suggestions on how the site could be improved. We are always very grateful for your opinions and your suggestions are always welcome.
